Pay Methods
Galls accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for individual orders. Government funded agencies and private companies may also buy using a purchase order, providing they supply either a PO number or a name for reference in the card number field.

Shipping Information
A flat fee of $24.99 per full-size lightbar (38" and up), will be added to your order later. For all other remaining items ordered, the standard rate will apply (see below):

Sales Tax
Galls is required to collect tax on all shipments to all states. Applicable state and local sales tax percentages for your location will be added to your order total. For our tax exempt customers, state laws require us to have your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file at our offices. We are required to charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation.



Merchandise Return Policy
  • We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any product that we currently offer that is in Unused condition and in its Original Packaging. Returns must be made within 90 days after the date of purchase. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

  • Many products sold by Galls have manufacturer's warranties. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufactures' warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to coordinate the repair or return on any such item. Please refer below for specific manufacturers contact information or contact our customer service department at 1-800-477-7766.


  • All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.

  • Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless the return is related to our error.

  • Original Packing Receipt should accompany all returns or the return must include the original order number associated with the return.

  • We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is related to our error.

  • Printable Flat Rate USPS or FedEx return labels are available on-line. A deduction from your return credits or refund amount will be made in an amount equal to our standard return shipping rate which is $10. If your return credit/refund is in an amount less than the applicable shipping cost, your original pay method will be charged the difference. If you choose not to use our return label, we recommend that you insure your package and ship it by a method that can be tracked.

  • A Returns Authorization number is required for ALL purchases made by government agency or business customers; please contact your assigned account manager or customer service representative.
